Grape and Pom Juice
This is a simple juice which I came up with the fruits I had in my fridge. I had some nice fresh panneer grapes (native variety with seeds) and one Pomegranate. Just want to finish it on one summer afternoon. So just blended both with little palm sugar and a pinch of salt. Fresh mocktail ready to beat the summer with the goodness of our native panneer grapes and pom.

Ingredients:
- Grapes - 2 cups
- Pomegranate - one fruit
- Palm sugar - as per your taste
- Ice cubes
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 pinch (optional)
Procedure:
- Clean and soak the grapes in salt water for 15 minutes (this is to remove any pesticide used on it).
- Get ready with the pom. Take the pom along with the thin paper-like membrane which separates the pom into segments. It is here where most of the medicinal values of the pom hide.
- Take both the fruits in a blender, add the ice cubes, palm sugar and salt.
- Run the blender.
- Filter with a strainer.
- Add little water to the mashed fruit and run the blender again. Strain.
- The juice is ready to be served chill.
It will be kids favourite juice too. Beat the summer with such cool 😎 and healthy juices.
Happy cooking !!
