Masala Egg Pasta
Simple masala egg pasta - is the masala version of the regular egg scramble pasta. I add onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste and garam masala to egg scramble pasta. this is more Indianised flavour.

This is the recipe for the masala egg pasta.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 4
- onion - medium size 1
- tomato - medium size 1
- ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- kasoori methi - 1 teaspoon
- ketchup - 3 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- oil
- cooked pasta - 2 cups
Procedure:
- cook the pasta according to the instructions on packet and keep it ready
- heat some oil and saute onion, ginger garlic paste, and tomato, kasoori methi and salt.
- once they are well sauteed, add the chilli powder, coriander power, garam masala powder and turmeric powder.
- once the raw smell is gone, beat the 4 eggs and pour it in and stir till the egg is well cooked and still moist.
- add the cooked pasta and stir again till the pasta is well coated with the egg masala.
- finally add ketchup and give a last stir.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
- everyone's favourite masala egg pasta is ready to be relished.
Tip:
you can also add capsicum and other favourite veggies to this.
instead of garam masala , you can also add either pav bhaji masala or channa masala or even kitchen king masala to this to give a twist to the masala flavour.
