Paneer Butter Masala.. Say Paneer.....!

Paneer Butter Masala - Creamy Buttery Paneer Masala

Paneer butter masala is another easy and favourite dish in our house. it is as simple as you saute everything, make a paste of it and throw the paneer in it. drop a dollop of butter in it - this completes the dish.
This recipe is an inspiration from the vah Chef. His recipes are easy and gives restaurant taste.
This recipe has long list of ingredients but easy recipe. I make this paneer butter masalas as a side dish for light pulavs like kashmiri pulav and peas pulav or chapathi or roti. Make the right choice of paneer as you need - nice, soft and milky panners and not any chewy paneers. It is better to make the paneer at home too. I make this paneer dish on special occasions as it elevates the mood for celebration.

I prefer not to add any artificial colours to the dish to enhance the presentation as it is for our beloved ones we are serving and they definitely do not deserve anything other than the best ingredients in their food. I bet you this recipe taste nothing less than a restaurant one.
Okay now I will take you to the recipe of paneer butter masala.
